das war wieder mal ein ausgesprochen spannendes rennen! nach der quali hatte ich so meine bedenken, ob ich überhaupt mithalten könne. aber im windschatten von 5 autos ging's ganz gut . da kam der BRM teilweise auf 330 km/h
durch die fehler meiner vordermänner wurde ich immer weiter nach vorn gespült, bis ich auf einmal in führung lag. mario ging dann eine runde vor schluss an mir vorbei und hat das ding clever nach hause gefahren. die chance zum konter war zwar da, aber aus meiner sicht wär das mit zuviel risiko verbunden gewesen.
zwischendurch hatte meinrad des öfteren seine nase direkt in meinem getriebe, sodass wir teilweise nur nanometer von einem crash entfernt waren. auch beim ausscheren aus dem windschatten hätte er mich beinahe erwischt, wenn ich nicht ausgewichen wäre. da ist mir das herz das ein oder andere mal in die hose gerutscht... ist aber nix passiert
mir hat's ein riesenspaß gemacht! wirklich klasse fights mit allen beteiligten! und meine technik hat diesmal auch mitgespielt!
ich habe die letzten 10 min im Quali die ganze Zeit überlegt, welchen 5 Gang ich nehme, den kürzeren des Quali Getriebe, oder den längeren des Rennens aus dem letzten Jahr. Im letzten Jahr war ich dann fast immer alleine unterwegs und kam mit dem langen 5 nicht gut voran. Habe mich dann im letzten Moment für den Quali Gang entschieden damit man bei alleine Fahrt noch ganz gut fahren kann, aber wieder daneben weil man diesmal mit gut 7 Leuten im Pulk fahren konnte. Da war natürlich der 5 zu kurz und ich konnte ausser hinterherfahren nichts anderes machen, sieht man astrein in der 3 oder 4 Runde zur Masta wo Michael auch im Matra neben mir unterwegs ist. Ich drehe schon um 10100, er etwa 9500...darum bin ständig leicht vom Gas um nicht zu überdrehen. Dann in der 6 Runde ist Michael in der Bergauf Rechts quer gekommen und ich musste nach links ausweichen und der Wagen war aus der Position nicht mehr nach links zu bekommen - Überschlag, shift+r dann nur noch Fehler und durch bis fast zum letzten Platz...
Grats den Siegern, besonders Mike schon wieder vorne dabei...

Nach meinem verpatztem Start und einem Dreher, bedingt durch einen Unfall vor mir, hab ich eigentlich nicht mehr gedacht soweit vorne zu landen. Aber dank des Windschattens und eines vorzüglichen Fahrwerks meines Lotus, hab ich es dann doch noch bis ganz vorne geschafft. Gut daß ich vorher noch den 5. Gang für`s Rennen etwas länger gemacht habe! Die zwei Aliens vor mir konnte ich nicht mehr überholen, da sie sich einen Windschatttenkampf lieferten, und andauernd die Spur wechselten. Gab kein Vorbeikommen mit legalen Mitteln! Dieses Rennen war sehr aufregend und hat viel Spaß gemacht!
Mein Rennen war leider recht langweilig. In der 2. Runde dreht sich Lewau vor mir und ich kann den Crash nicht vermeiden. Verlier dabei ein Rad, Shift-R unumgänglich :(
Dann einsam und allein meine Runden gedreht, ohne Windschatten geht's dabei halt nicht wirklich vorwärts. Ab und zu an einem gestrandeten vorbei gezogen und immerhin noch als 5. durchs Ziel.

ich kann mich den Ausreden meiner Vorredner nur anschließen. Das Rennen war wirklich mal richtig cool .... na ja .... wenigstens bis zu besagter Runde 6. Zwar hatte ich im Gegensatz zu Odi einen um Welten zu langen 5., allerdings war das im Windschatten nicht so wirklich tragisch und es war ein heiteres Miteinander in der Führungsgruppe. :> In Runde 6 habe ich dann die Eau Rouge versemmelt, wodurch mich der Black Night Andreas im folgenden Bergaufstück links überholen konnte. Meinrad, der auch mit außen vorbei ist, hat mir dann in der nächsten Rechts ziemlich die Tür zugeknallt (meiner Meinung nach hätte er mir da etwas mehr Platz lassen sollen aber okay) wodurch ich mich gedreht - und auch noch meinen Matra-Teamkollegen Odi mit ins Verderben gerissen habe. Von da an habe ich wie üblich nur noch *verdaute Nahrung* gebaut. Das ist Standard bei mir - wenn ich einmal einen Unfall hatte dann ist bei mir die ohnehin schon miserable Konzentration total weg und ich teste nur noch die Auslaufzonen ...
Auch von mir nochmal Grats an die vorderen Plätze und bis zum nächsten Rennen!

habe die szene jetzt nochmal im replay gesehen und kann dich verstehen. da war eigentlich genug platz für zwei autos, sodass meinrad die tür nicht hätte so zuschmeißen müssen. leider konntet ihr euch gegenseitig nicht sehen. an deiner stelle hätte ich jedoch auch vermutet, dass da nur einer vorbeikommt.

Ich hatte ja schon damit gerechnet, dass da noch wer kommt (schließlich waren wir ja ein paar Autos) und bin deshalb auch ganz rechts geblieben. Nur wäre in der Kurve halt - wie du schon sagtest - genug Platz gewesen für 2 Autos und die Links hätte ihm gehört.

I was mad angry after the race but the 69 are really fun so I really lookin forward to next race.

Stimmt, war wirklich etwas zu knapp. Ich war im Windschatten hinter dem BRM sehr schnell an deinem Matra vorbei,
zumindest dachte ich das. Meine Aufmerksamkeit wurde nachdem du aus meinem sichtbereich verschwandest dann
wieder ganz auf den Abstand zwischen dem BRM und meinem Fahrzeug gerichtet.Du hast offensichtlich bei der
Anfahrt zur Kurve etwas aufgeholt,wahrscheinlich dadurch das du einen etwas kürzeren weg hattest.
Im Rennen und vor der Sichtung des Replays konnte ich dazu leider nichts sagen,selbst jetzt nachdem ich das
Replay gesehen habe denke ich,das es keine echte Kollision war,sondern ein Rechenfehler die GPL so
macht wenn man etwas zu nahe an seinen Gegner kommt.Tut mir Leid, nächstes Mal werde ich etwas mehr Luft
einberechnen.
LEider ist es sehr frustierend, wenn man nur hinterher fahren kann. Ich muss noch sehr viel suchen um irgendwo ein Setup für 69Mod Autos zu finden. Da ich überhaupt keine Anhaltspunkt habe ist das nicht leicht. Zu Spa: Ich bin überhaupt nicht auf Geschwindigkeit gekommen, egel ob mit Flügel oder ohne. Meine Getriebe-Abstimmung unter aller Sau. Keine Drehzahl nach oben. Im Training Setup von Ferdi gefahren. Drehzalmesser ständig jenseits von gut und böse. (Motorplatzer) Da ich aber von Natur aus ein Kämpfer bin, werde ich auch hier kämpfen. Bis dahin seit mir bitte nicht böse wenn ich im Wege stehe. Versuche frühzeitig Platz zu machen. Gruss Thilo
