Was für ein unglaublich enges Rennen! Mir ist noch ganz schwindlig. Ständig Führungswechsel und immer 4 Leute im Spitzenpulk- das kenne ich sonst nur vom Motorradrennen! Nur dank dem Windschatten von Daniel vor dem Überrunden konnte ich in der drittletzten Runde eine kleinen Sicherheitsabstand gewinnen- danke!
stimmt, jetzt wo du es sagst fällt es mir erst auf........naja mir ging es auch nicht besser Mike. Erst geht so gegen 20:15h unsere Waschmaschine kaputt (so richtig mit Funkenflug und so), dann dreht Frau am Rad (wohl der Schock wegen Maschine) und ich musste die Lüdde genau 2 min. vor Start mit ins Büro nehmen. Das ging aber leider nur 9 Runden gut (in jeder Runde habe ich ihr die ganze Zeit gut zugeredet...lol) aber dann hat sie sich doch einmal den Kopf gestoßen und geschrien, da musste ich dann abbrechen. Schade, weil wir eine schöne 4er Gruppe waren und man am Ende gesehen hat, dass es so hätte ausgehen können.

Zunächst mal ein herzliches "Dankeschön" an Ferdi für den Server und den Bericht. Leider haben wir Ferdi nicht mehr im Chat danach gesehen.
Zum Trainingsrennen:
Es war soweit ganz gut in Watkins. Nach anfänglichen Befürchtungen nach dem Start in eine Massenkarambolage (das hatten wir leider schon öfters) verwickelt zu werden, bin ich "sehr" Vorsichtig dem führenden Pulk hinterhergefahren. Nach Runde 1 habe ich beschlossen auch die Gefahr von "hinten" zu minimieren und erst mal alle vorbeizulassen. Das war wieder erwarten schwieriger als ich dachte. Sorry, wenn dadurch Irritationen bei den Nachfolgenden ausgelöst haben sollte. Anschließend habe ich mich dann daran gemacht, vom letzten Platz aus meine Runden sauber und reifenschonend abzuspulen. Der Eine oder Andere ist durch Ausritte ins Grüne schnell wieder hinter mir gewesen. Auf Platz 5 liegend konnte ich allerdings völlig alleine und ohne jede Hilfe durch Windschatten nur meinen Rückstand auf die "führenden Vier" halten (es waren mal 9 Sekunden oder auch mal 12 Sekunden bis zu Ferdi). Einen kleinen Fehler habe ich dann daoch noch irgendwo produziert. Mit einem Rückstand von 16 Sekunden auf den führenden Pulk konnte ich aber mein Trainingsrennen sauber beenden.
Diesmal hat mich mein Provider (T-OFFLINE [death]) erst ca. 5 Sekunden nach dem Abstellen des Autos vom Server geworfen (die übliche IP-Geschichte [clown][sick][death]).
Mal sehen wie es mir im Rennen am nächsten Donnerstag ergehen wird. Da ist mit gemütlich vorne 4er-Pack-fahren eher nicht zu rechnen.
das war mal richtig gutes racing! im prinzip hätte jeder der ersten vier gewinnen können. leider hab ich einen kleinen schnitzer eingebaut, wodurch andi, ferdi und ich den anschluss (kein windschatten mehr) zu mario verloren haben. bis dahin war's super genial! zwar hatte ich ich heftiges untersteuern mit warmen reifen (im training bin ich nur drei runden gefahren, da hat es sich nicht so bemerkbar gemacht), aber die 69er machen verdammt laune!

Das liegt daran, dass planmäßig meine "dicken" Tage zur Zeit Donnerstag und Freitag sind, nix für ungut. Ich mache nur noch Bericht und Replay, dann falle ich ins Bett, weil ich Freitag ab ganz früh wieder sieben Stunden durchgehend reizende Kinderlein anderer Leute begabe, weißt du...
Am nächsten Donnerstag falle ich wieder mal aus (natürlich wieder so eine Extra-Veranstaltung in der Schule), wer dann serviert, sollte in der 69season.ini für Zeltweg diesen Eintrag stehen haben, dann werden es bei "Long" auch 23 Runden:

Ich werde zwar selbst vermutlich nicht mit trainieren, aber mein Rechner kann gerne wieder als Server dienen.
@Achim: hast Du keine Möglichkeit den Zeitpunkt der Zwangstrennung über Modem/Router zu regeln? Meinen Router (FritzBox) hab ich so eingestellt, dass nachts zwischen 3 und 4 Uhr die kurze Trennung erfolgt. Funktioniert einwandfrei.

Meine Software (Router-Software von T-OFFLINE) ist auf eine tägliche Zwangstrennung morgens zwischen 05.00 und 06.00 Uhr eingestellt (seit Anfang an). Nur nutzt es überhaupt nix.

@ willi: bitte, war aber keine Absicht dahinter, die Kiste war nach 3 ausflügen in die Botanik und mit Reifentemperatur VL 154° und VR 98° schlicht unfahrbar, ich hatte bedenken das ich beim Überrundungsmanöver noch ein Crash baue weil ich beinahe nicht geradeaus fahren konnte und eigentlich wollte ich ohne überrundet zu werden zu Ende fahren. Deshalb habe ich alles gegegeben und war damit doch noch indirekt am Ausgang des Rennens beteiligt. Habe imerhin diesmals keinen in Lap 1 ins verderben mitgezogen
@ Achim: Das ist auch eine gute Taktik, zu glauben es sei nur ein Trainingsrennen um dann lockerer zu fahren und am start nicht so nervös zu sein
öhm ... wer rechnet hier eigentlich falsch? Wenn ich die Distanz für den Grand Prix auf 52 Runden einstelle, dann kommen da bei mir für Int Long 16 Runden raus und nicht die von Ferdi angesprochenen 23.
