Sorry Robert, the incident with Mario desturbed my rhythm and concentration, I was a little bit shocked as Mario slided into my car from quite far behind - I´m especially sorry for my mistake afterwards as it ruins your championship-ambitions quite heavy. The season should be yours as best driver I ever met! After this annoying happening Lasse challenged me hard in his Honda but the Brabham gave me the needed advantage. And with no further mistake I survived Clermont Ferrant. Grats Mario for your consistancy and victory - I could have gone faster, but thought that is isn´t needed. I think in these laps when you were behind me you never came close enough to start any attack. But you deserve your victory well, especially in your underpowered Cooper!

..ja, genau dort hatte ich dieses problem. Ist ja eigentlich ne coole sache, historisch nicht korrekt -klar, aber dass die dort die rennen auch live über youtube übertragen usw zeigt wieviel mühe sie sich geben. hab leider selbst zu wenig zeit um dieser sache näher auf den grund zu gehen.. aber bitte lass es mich hier trotzdem wissen wenn du neues zur problemlösung erfährst. Danke!

..ja, Mario und ich waren auf "endurance-contest" -weis nicht ob ich ihn unter direkteren druck bringen hätte können, unser abstand war stets so zwischen 100 und 200m bis er seinen disconnect hatte. Mich hätte sehr interessiert was du so aus dem ferrari rauskitzeln hättest können..
@Ferdi: danke für die settings. hab die gleichen erfahrungen mit der senke gemacht. mit leer werdenden tank gehts dann besser (eh klar). ist halt immer die frage obs das risiko wert ist, den dort abfliegen endet oft im linken brückenpfeiler. irgentwie taugt mir die strecke denn in fast jeder kurve gibts was zu holen und der brabham, finde ich, kommt auch gut klar mit ihr -denke weil er ein leichtes auto ist.
Clockwork Robert strikes again -well oiled and impossible to bend! I only could follow and never attack, also I´m happy with P2. After doing 2 hours practice I felt much more comftable like the whole summer-races with htis track. Even did some setup-tweaks here and there but in turn 4 (the very slow lefthander) I never felt it doing well. During qualifying I got some awful cramps in my throttle-leg and only hoped that would leave during race, what luckily happend. Maybe 2nd place on grid was a good solution because it took a little pressure of me. Btw, thanks Uwe for driving careful at the beginning!
What happend to the other guys? -Mario? Why could Uwe and Lasse not keep the pace? - very awaiting the replay..

..I think so. I went a bit to fast into the compression of this turn, Lasse also mentioned it on teamspeak when he said "..full tanks". I´m doing far to less practice since month and Sachsenring was a totally new track for me. I´m sorry, -you could have win this race and slowly overtake the well deserved championship-lead.
Gratulations Sanjin for your first victory, even on BRM! Great Claudio in a Cooper, a well deserved 2nd and hurray! Pedro for podium. You guys made it better!
..ja, mir hats auch voll getaugt. Hab mir das Replay angesehen: Ihr beiden habts es euch ganz schön besorgt -auf dieser engen Strecke und dann so ein Überholmanöver von Mario in Turn 1, Wahnsinn, da hat zwischen euch kein Blatt Papier mehr reingepasst. Deine vorletzte Runde war ein Hammer..

Freeze here. But good racing. Mario and Lasse made alot of pressure but in a way I felt save and comftable, maybe I could have been able to bring it home..

..sorry Ferdi, bin nach einem Verbremser abgeflogen und zurückgefahren. Pribluda zeigte mir das DQ richtig an, aber ich wollte weiterfahren, dachte mir dass eh nur Training ist. Bei Claudio wars letztes Jahr auch so -ja es sollte was ausgemacht werden..
Indeed Pedro, we had some realy nice racing moments. That was fun! Having the fastest car for this track and rolling it up from the back is feeling great. Without all those mistakes it could even have felt better, but last friday wasn´t my day - it was so hard for me to focus, don´t know why, lost concentration many many times. But what the hack, awaiting Zeltweg. A very nice track with some nice corners and braking zones. An interesting detail about the actual Zeltweg track is that the owner (Red Bull chief Mateschitz) is trying to expand the actual tracklayout by adding the old western part again.
And thx Robert for the condolences ;) -I´m indeed recovering from a beesting in my big right toe from last week. I´m very alergic against such things and had a big blister on top of it. Surprisingly it didn´t impair me to much last friday when throtteling ;)
Ach Lasse, again :((( -I´m so sorry, what a demoralising race. I saw on Pribluda that Rob is 2m behind at the first corner and gave enough room by driving absolutely on the outside ..all that irritated me alot.....then I thought the whole field has already passed.. all that happened so fast.. arrrrgh!!
