Learned another lesson today. Before you start racing you should check the equipment. In qualifying my brake pedal turned out not to work properly. Bumped into the edges 3 times and came to a stop after 8 turns, end of quali :(
The start of the race was not great either. At the "Jugend Kurve" I was too careful and slipped against the hay bales. Fabian waited a while to see if I got loose, thanks for that teamy!
The rest of the race was great. I was catching up to Hans and Ferdi till they suddenly disappeared. Sorry for you guys!
In the penultimate round, Fabian is stuck in the hay. I was not sure if I should untie you buddy, but I didn't dare.

Mann was für ein Rennen! Mit P5 in der Quali stellte ich mich auf konstante fahrweise ein, da ein Überholen sehr schwer wird. Nachdem Tim und Robert ausgeschieden waren lag ich schon auf P3. Dann kam noch der Motorschaden von Lasse dazu und schwupp P2! Danach merkte ich, das ich schneller fahren konnte als Sanjin und kam ihm immer näher. Ich wollte eigentlich nur Druck machen udn warten bis er einen fehler macht. Stattdessen machte ich ihn und mein Wagen war komplett krumm. Es waren noch 25 Runden zu fahren! Ich musste mich zuerst an eine neue fahrweise gewöhnen, aber schneller als eine 2:40 gingen nicht. Ich versuchte einfach den Platz zu halten. Ferdi war auf einmal nicht mehr da und ich hoffte, das es nicht wieder ein Freeze war. Leider war er es doch. Echt schade Ferdi! Die letzten 10 Runden waren extrem Anstrengend, denn Pedro kam immer näher. Ich bekam in den Beinen und handgelenke schmerzen, da ich extrem auf den Wagen aufpassen musste. Besonders in links Kurven. Da drehte er sich extrem leicht ein. Irgendwie schaffte ich es. P2! Ich kann es nicht fassen. Das war Anstrengend! Wenigstens hab ich noch die schnellste Runde von am anfang. Grats Sanjin. Gut gemacht!
Man what a race! With P5 in the qualifying, I set myself up for constant driving, because overtaking is very difficult. After Tim and Robert had dropped out I was already in P3. Then Lasse's engine failure came along and P2! After that I realized that I could drive faster than Sanjin and got closer and closer to him. I just wanted to push him and wait for him to make a mistake. Instead I did it and my car was completely crooked. There were still 25 laps to go! I first had to get used to a new driving style, but I couldn't go faster than 2:40. I just tried to keep my place. Ferdi was suddenly not there anymore and I hoped it was not another freeze. Unfortunately he was. What a pity Ferdi! The last 10 laps were extremely exhausting, because Pedro came closer and closer. I got pain in my legs and wrists because I had to take care of the car. In my left leg I had no feeling at all, like I fell to sleep. Especially in left curves. There he turned in extremely easily. Somehow I managed it. P2! I can't believe it. That was exhausting! At least I still have the fastest lap from the beginning. Grat Sanjin. Very well done!

Yeah, I managed to safely pass the turns that usually got me in practice and then crashed out at a spot I never hit before I expected you to pass me 2 or 3 laps later anyway. ;)

No worries Tim. I did slow, but with the ditches beside the tarmac I could not avoid you. Probably you did not have the ride height required for race trim at Heiterer Blick

Well i look up in pribluda and ooops wheel off track. O no. Dont hit dont hit. And i flip. I was shure that engine is dead. But no problems. Car was like no damage. Some camber off but all ok .

..I think so. I went a bit to fast into the compression of this turn, Lasse also mentioned it on teamspeak when he said "..full tanks". I´m doing far to less practice since month and Sachsenring was a totally new track for me. I´m sorry, -you could have win this race and slowly overtake the well deserved championship-lead.
Gratulations Sanjin for your first victory, even on BRM! Great Claudio in a Cooper, a well deserved 2nd and hurray! Pedro for podium. You guys made it better!
Thanks. My BRM was 2.5 inch off ground. So i set lowest ride height. As i sad this is not normal track and i think it is impossible to set up car for this track. To much to hard ups and downs. I lost 3 day figuring out ride height. I try max ride height and it didnt help. I try to much springs and that didnt help.
So i use normal setup. It will be same for next race.
