ok. i find last problem. screen was a tearing from bottom to top when i steer and it looks bad.

and its V-sync, i must force him in AMD. now menu is flickering but i dont care.

Imho undo the forcing. There is already vsync option in GEM+ (in the sub-option menu "render" ??). Use this instead.
(if then still flickering: there is a way to stop this too iirc)

About the flickering: look into the driver settings and disable 'triple buffering'. Aero shouldn't be a problem since it's rendered on the GPU only when the desktop is visible.

Wich AMD GPU driver do you use?

Do not use a new one! The best driver for a HD 68?? is the https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/releas...-rad-win-15-7-1

I reactivated my HD 6800 GPU and made some screens of my settings for stable 60fps:
HWM pic is from SCX with solid 60fps at AAIOM track = maximum GPL!!!
