An der Nürburg kannst du was erleben......
Letzte Woche hätt ich die Strecke noch am liebsten deinstalliert und gestern im Rennen fahr ich sage und schreibe 4 Runden hintereinander ohne größeren Fehler. Ob ich die Strecke jetzt wirklich drauf hab?
Ok, in der ersten Runde hab ich in Hatzenbach nen Dreher gehabt - ich glaub ich hab Ferdi dabei im Weg gestanden - und danach durft ich hinterm Flugplatz in den Massencrash reinfahren, aber danach liefs super.
Unten auf der Zielgeraden macht Pit, den ich ziemlich bedrängelt hab, höflich Platz und vor Begeisterung darüber vergess ich natürlich den fälligen Boxenstopp. Den hab ich dann nach der 2. Runde nachgeholt. Dabei hat mich Ferdi überholt, der mich aber schon nach der Südkehre ziemlich allein zurückgelassen hat. Ich war verblüfft, mit welchem Tempo der Cooper davongezogen ist. "Lass ihn fahrn und sieh zu, dass du deine Kurven kriegst", dacht ich schon resignierend, doch ziemlich bald noch in derselben Runde haben wir uns wieder getroffen (Ferdi stand etwas quer zur Fahrtrichtung).
Ich hoffe Jörg bekommt das Replay von der VR, das Rennen möcht ich mir nochmal ansehen.

Was so eine Woche ohne Training ausmacht. Meine letzten Runden in der Eifel hatte ich letzte Woche beim Trainingsrennen gedreht, bin danach einfach nicht mehr dazu gekommen. Die Zeiten des Trainingsrennen konnte ich zwar gestern nicht erreichen, aber dafür bin ich ohne Shift-R ausgekommen und nicht als letzter durch Ziel gefahren. Damit bin ich mehr als zufrieden.
Ein wenig irritiert wurde ich zwischendurch vom warpenden Andy Ritter. Der Ferrari ist lustig vor mir herumgehüpft. Nun weiß ich, wie sich wohl einige gefühlt haben, die in meiner Warp-Phase (Anfang der Saison) hinter mir waren..

Tja, wie Du mir, Sodomie... Völlig dämlich habe ich das Flugplatz-Chaos veranstaltet, sonst ging da immer alles völlig problemlos, nur in dieser Runde fahr ich da halb auf dem Gras hoch... na, einmal ist immer das erste Mal. Und anstatt sofort Shift-R zu drücken, habe ich dann auch noch versucht, im Rückwärtsgang aus dem Wege zu fahren.

"Man sieht sich", wie es so schön heißt. Ich hab´s da etwas übertrieben, weil mir klar war, dass eigentlich Dein Brabbel das schnellere Auto ist, wie sich dann ja auch im weiteren gezeigt hat. Ich habe dann noch verschiedentlich Abhänge aufgesucht, was der Cooper aber ohne fühlbare Schäden weggesteckt hat. Klasse Strecke, der Nürburgring, aber immer wieder erst nach einer Woche Training.

Die Abschluss-Tabelle ist on.
Wow, wat fürne Überraschung -
Mensch Matthes, dat nexte mal fährste dein Rennen zu Ende, jans gleich wie!

Jepp Albrecht...das gibt mir die Gelegenheit, Dir auch erst mal zum überraschenden aber absolut verdienten dritten Platz der Meisterschaft zu gratulieren.

Natürlich darf auch Thomas Z. als Zweitplatzierter nicht vergessen werden, der zusammen mit Andreas (und dem Chief zu Beginn der saison) für überragende Teamergebnisse und klasse Siege verantwortlich war.

Wie heißt es so schön: "Grats dem Podium"!

Wo wir gerade am Gratulieren sind. Die meisten Siege (4!!) und Pole Positions (9!!!!) hatte Honda-Topfahrer Matthes Hradetzky. Leider hatte er auch eine Reihe Nuller dabei, was ihm zweifelsohne den ansonsten sicheren Sieg gekostet hat.

Hiermit möchte ich also Kraft meiner Wassersuppe Andreas Müller, Thomas Zmajic und Matthes Hradetzky offiziell in den Stand eines Renn-Aliens erheben.

Wie man so fahren kann wird mir als immer ein Rätsel bleiben.

Thomas B. und Hartmut sowie unser Chief sind kurz davor und können in der kommenden Saison ähnliches erreichen, wenn sie regelmäßig punkten.

War ne tolle Saison - freue mich auf die nächste. Wann fangen wir an...?

@Jörch: Du hast Recht. Die vielen Nuller waren echt Mist. Die Mehrzajl davon ist auf Discos zurückzuführen, die ich während meines Stuttgart-Aufenthalts hatte. Da musste ich über Modem fahren.

@Albrecht: Glaub's mir... es ging wirklich nichts mehr. Vielleicht sieht man es auf dem Replay. So ein Grütze bin ich in meinem ganzen Leben noch nicht zusammengefahren.

So, nun muss ich aber langsam mal im BRM trainieren. Naja, so ein großer Umstieg kann es ja gar nicht sein...
